Terms of Service☆☆☆Violation of these terms will result in a termination of the transaction between client and artist. The artist has a right to refuse a commission or client. Please make sure you read terms and ask questions if clarification is needed.Payments are done via PayPal using USD as the currency. I will request 50% payment after initial sketch is approved and the other half once the commission is done, unless client and artist have worked out a payment schedule.☆☆☆General Terms☆ The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, rights must be purchased. ☆☆ Artist holds the rights over their commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, graphics etc.) If client wishes to remain anonymous or wishes to post on their socials before artist- they must let me know.☆ A DESIGN FEE applies to those who have no actual reference images of the subject/character and would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs.☆ The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.☆ Commissions are not refundable unless the following occur: Artist has not yet started on the commission within 2 weeks from payment.☆ You may purchase commercial rights from the artist (minimum is 500% of the original rate but price will vary, contact the artist for more info).☆Commercial Rights for Live2D Commissions are already included in the price.Works depicting the following will be rejected:
☆ NSFW Works
☆ Glorification of violence, terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand especially communities of minorities
☆ Sexualized depiction of an underage (under 18 years of age) person or character (loli, shota). This also includes adult real life people or characters who are modeled after children or catering towards the sexualization of minors.DeliverablesClient will receive the following when you hire me. Major changes and alterations may only be done during the first phases of the commission. 3 revisions total. A 15% will be placed for any other revisions.☆ Rough Sketch (Client must give notes/corrections or other details)
☆ Color/Composition Plan (this is a more complex and detailed sketch that includes color planning)
☆ Full Resolution Piece (Watermarked and Non-Watermarked .PNG sent to your email)Rush fee☆ Commissions may take at least 2 weeks with a guarantee of completion within 2 months maximum.
☆ If you need to have the commission at an earlier date, a rush fee will apply.Client Rights (Personal Use)You are allowed to use the commission in the following way, given you credit and link to me
☆ Crop and resize for any social media use. (Watermarked version)
☆ Print it for yourself in any way.
☆ Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.You are NOT allowed to:
